User Agreement / 用户使用协议

Nuwa is an adult-only, local-first intimacy and fertility rhythm tracker. You are responsible for the accuracy of records you create and for keeping your device, pattern lock, and encrypted backup passwords safe.

Nuwa provides recording, statistics, encrypted import/export backup, automatic backup after import, Apple HealthKit / Apple Watch timer support, and optional Shop content. Nuwa is not medical advice and should not replace professional medical consultation.

Shop products are provided, sold, fulfilled, and serviced by third-party merchants or platforms. Nuwa only presents author-curated guide content and opinions, and does not assume responsibility for sales, after-sales service, purchase orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, warranty, invoices, customer support, or similar third-party services.

Nuwa女娲 是一款仅面向成年人的本地优先亲密与备孕节奏记录工具。你需要对自行创建记录的准确性负责，并妥善保管设备、手势密码与加密备份密码。Nuwa女娲 提供记录、统计、加密导入/导出备份、导入后的自动备份、Apple HealthKit / Apple Watch 计时支持及可选购物内容，不构成医疗建议，不能替代专业医疗咨询。

购物里面涉及的商品，均由第三方商家或平台提供销售以及售后服务。本 App 只代表作者观点，不承担销售、售后责任。购买、发货、退换货、质保、发票、客服等服务由对应第三方商家或平台负责。

Personal Information Protection Policy / 个人信息保护政策

Local private data

Private records, partner names, notes, ratings, timers, heart-rate samples, and encrypted backups are stored locally on your device by default. Nuwa does not upload these private records to our servers.

After you import an encrypted .nuwa backup, Nuwa stores the backup password in this device's Keychain only for updating that selected encrypted backup file automatically when the app opens. We cannot recover the password or decrypt the backup for you.

导入加密 .nuwa 备份后，Nuwa女娲 仅将备份密码保存在本机 Keychain 中，用于在每次进入 App 时自动更新你选择的加密备份文件；我们无法恢复该密码，也无法替你解密备份。

Third-party SDK disclosure

After you accept the privacy agreement, Nuwa initializes Umeng+ SDK for app statistics and analysis. Nuwa does not send intimate record content, partner names, notes, ratings, timers, or heart-rate samples to Umeng+.

• Possible personal information types: device identifiers such as IDFV, OpenUDID, and GUID; device information; network information; app runtime information; and other information described by Umeng+ for statistics, analysis, and basic anti-fraud.

你同意隐私协议后，Nuwa女娲 会初始化友盟+ SDK 用于 App 统计分析。Nuwa女娲 不会向友盟+ 发送亲密记录内容、对象名称、备注、评分、计时或心率样本。友盟+ SDK 可能收集 IDFV、OpenUDID、GUID 等设备标识、设备信息、网络信息、应用运行信息及友盟+ 隐私政策中说明的其他信息，用于统计分析与基础反作弊。

Shop and network features

Shop product content and future non-private recommendations may be loaded from the network. These features do not require uploading private records.

Permission Use Guide / 申请权限与使用指南

• HealthKit: optional. Used read-only to obtain heart-rate samples for timer windows when available.
• Apple Watch workout session: optional. Used to keep the watch timer active and read heart-rate samples during a session.
• iCloud Drive / Files: optional. Used when you export or import a .nuwa encrypted backup. After a successful import, Nuwa may update that selected password-encrypted backup file automatically when the app opens.
• Network access: used for Shop content, future non-private recommendations, and Umeng+ statistics after privacy agreement consent.
• Photo library: reserved for future local avatar selection; Nuwa avoids requesting unnecessary permissions in current use.

HealthKit 权限为可选，只读用于获取计时区间内可用的心率样本；Apple Watch 运动会话为可选，用于保持手表计时并读取会话期间心率；iCloud Drive / 文件访问为可选，用于导出或导入 .nuwa 加密备份，导入成功后 Nuwa女娲 可能在每次进入 App 时自动更新你选择的密码加密备份文件；联网用于购物内容、未来非隐私推荐，以及同意隐私协议后的友盟+统计分析；相册权限预留给未来本地头像选择，当前版本避免请求非必要权限。

Information stored locally

Nuwa may store the following information on your device:

• Partner nicknames and local avatar choices.
• Intimacy and self-pleasure records, including time, type, rating, note, and duration.
• Heart-rate summaries and samples attached to a saved record, when you grant Health access and data is available.
• App settings, language preference, and pattern lock data stored locally.

Health and Apple Watch data

With your permission, Nuwa can read heart-rate samples from Apple Health for the timer window of a saved record. If you use the Apple Watch app, watch timing and heart-rate related session data may sync to the iPhone app for local record creation. Nuwa does not upload Health data to our servers.

Network access

Nuwa may use the network for non-private features, including Shop product content. Private records, partner data, notes, ratings, timers, and heart-rate samples are not uploaded for these features.

Backups and export

Nuwa supports encrypted backups using Apple CryptoKit. Backup passwords are known only to the user. If you forget a backup password, we cannot recover encrypted backup data for you. After you import an encrypted backup, Nuwa enables automatic backup for that selected .nuwa file and updates it when the app opens.

Data deletion

You can delete local data inside the app. Uninstalling the app may also remove local app data from the device, subject to iOS behavior and your backup settings.

ヘルスケアとApple Watchデータ

許可を得た場合、Nuwaは保存された記録のタイマー区間に対応するAppleヘルスケアの心拍数サンプルを読み取ることがあります。Apple Watchアプリを使用する場合、Watchでの計時および心拍数関連のセッションデータがiPhoneアプリに同期され、ローカル記録の作成に使用されます。Nuwaはヘルスケアデータを当社サーバーへアップロードしません。

ネットワーク利用

Nuwaは、ショップの商品コンテンツなど非プライベート機能のためにネットワークを使用する場合があります。プライベートな記録、パートナー情報、メモ、評価、タイマー、心拍数サンプルは、これらの機能のためにアップロードされません。

バックアップとエクスポート

NuwaはApple CryptoKitを使用した暗号化バックアップに対応しています。バックアップパスワードはユーザー本人のみが知っています。パスワードを忘れた場合、当社は暗号化バックアップデータを復元できません。暗号化バックアップを読み込むと、選択された.nuwaファイルの自動バックアップが有効になり、アプリ起動時にそのファイルを更新します。

データの削除

アプリ内でローカルデータを削除できます。アプリをアンインストールすると、iOSの動作およびバックアップ設定に応じて、デバイス上のローカルアプリデータも削除される場合があります。
